THANK YOU for making KIDS WALKING FOR KIDS 2008 a tremendous success!!

Over $101,000 was raised, and 100% of the funds will be used for early-onset mood disorder research and suicide prevention programs! So far this year, CHADS Coalition for Mental Health has awarded $60,000 in research grants to doctors studying early-onset depression.

More than 100 businessess and 1550 individual donors contributed to KIDS WALKING FOR KIDS. Their contributions will do more than save lives - each time someone participates in CHADS Coalition's efforts to educate and fund research, one more person learns that we are losing more teens to depression than the next 8 leading medical causes of death combined.

In each high school classroom, an estimated 3 students has attempted suicide in the past year. On behalf of those children, PLEASE add your voice to the the thousands speaking up for awareness education in schools, churches and communities. Click 'Contact Us' above to get involved.

As an all-volunteer organization, CHADS Coalition maintains extremely low operating costs. (Less than 3%) To contribute directly to depression - awareness education and research, click the 'Donate' button above.

Thank You For Your Support!
