Family Support Line: 314-952-8274
If you or someone you know is experiencing signs and symptoms of depression, suicide, bi-polar disorder or other mental health issues, it's important to know there is hope and there is help. CHADS is dedicated to ensuring that families have the support they need. Our Family Support Program provides resources and helps families navigate a confusing mental health system to find services for their specific need.
Through the Family Support program, CHADS trained professionals will help link families who have a child struggling with depression and thoughts of suicide with appropriate mental health support suggestions and resources. The Family Support professionals will specifically work with the family (typically a parent) to provide a sounding board, emotional support and identify key mental health resources in treating the child.
WORDS FROM THOSE CHADS HAS HELPED
We are greatly appreciative of CHADS help and compassion. We were in a very dark place when we came to CHADS and left feeling like there was some hope.
